This talk presents a flying-sidekick TSP under uncertainty, in which the drone is carried by truck to be dispatched and collected after visiting a customer. Since the drone operation can be affected by unpredictable weather conditions, we propose a risk-minimizing approach by introducing a new risk measure designed for drone operations. The resulting problem is a nonlinear integer programming problem, which is tackled by a custom decomposition approach. We will report the results of the numerical study for the developed approach using real-world problem instances.
